Speaking on the occasion, chief ministerYogi Adityanathsaid that the MSME push through the ODOP scheme and other policy decisions turned youth in UP from jobseekers to job providers.<\/p>\n<p>The CM said that when he took charge of the state, he got the legacy of a virtually dead MSME sector.<\/p>\n<p>The combined effect of right policy and hard work put in by MSME unit owners had made UP a land of job providers rather than that of jobseekers,&#8221; the CM said. He also said that UP&#8217;s credit-debit (CD) ratio has improved from 46% in 2017 to 53% in 2022.
