Precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum and palladium worth crores of rupees are going waste in the state with e-waste due to disposal of e-waste in an unorganised manner. Since the e-waste is not being discarded in a proper way, it is not only causing loss of crores but also adversely affecting the Environment<\/a> as it requires mining for the precious metals used in production of electronic items including mobile phones, laptops, monitors and television.<\/p>\n
