Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a centre should be developed to study the effectiveness of schemes and programmes being implemented in the state.<\/p>\n

Chouhan while addressing the fourth meeting of the Madhya Pradesh Rajya said experts from universities and development institutes should be associated for practical assessment of their effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Chouhan asked to identify the best practices of other states according to the conditions and needs of Madhya Pradesh and implement them.
