The proposed region in Sector 7 atPithampur<\/u>will be developed as an integrated industrial belt by spending an estimated Rs 550 crore. The State Government<\/a> is eyeing to attract an investment of around Rs 10,000 crore.<\/p>\n

As per the proposal by the Industry<\/a> department, an integrated development will come up on over 700 hectare in sector 7 at Pithampur that will include industrial, residential, Logistics<\/a> and commercial spaces.<\/p>\n

As per the investment region development and management scheme plan for sector 7 Pithampur, the region is estimated to attract investments from over 400 different types of industries.<\/p>\n

As per the proposed plan, the first phase of development for the proposed investment region is likely to come up on over 700 hectare which will include roads, storm drains, water supply Network<\/a>, sewerage network, STPs, treated water network, electrical work, boundary walls, commercial spaces and residences.<\/p>\n
