Uttar Pradesh, on the other hand, has been ranked last.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of incremental performance, however, Uttar Pradesh came out on top because it had the largest incremental change in the reference year 2019-20 compared to the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/base-year\">Base Year<\/a> 2018-19.<\/p>\n<p>On health-related parameters, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/tamil\">Tamil<\/a> Nadu came in second place, while <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/telangana\">Telangana<\/a> came in third.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The released its fourth Health Index on 27 December.
