Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel gave in-principle Consent<\/a> for implementation of the Revamped Distribution Sector (RDS) scheme in the state. He sought additional time for payment of electricity subsidy.<\/p>\n

Besides the development of new power under the scheme, action will be taken to upgrade and strengthen the existing infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Under the scheme, installation of smart meters for every consumer, except the Agriculture<\/a>-notes-for-state-psc-exams”>Agriculture<\/a> consumers, will be ensured.<\/p>\n
