This is also the first photovoltaic project to be set up beneath the Flexibilisation Scheme.<\/p>\n<p> <strong><u>Highlights:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This scheme was once notified through the Government of India in 2018. NTPC is additionally planning to set up a hydrogen-based micro-grid system on a pilot basis at Simhadri.<\/p>\n<p>NTPCs floating solar installation covers 75 acres of the Simhadri reservoirs surface.
