Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated a 550-tonne capacity “Gobar-Dhan (Bio-CNG) Plant” in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.<\/p>\n

Through video conferencing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated a 550-tonne capacity “Gobar-Dhan (Bio-CNG) Plant” in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.<\/p>\n

This is the most critical Bio-CNG plant in Asia. It’s been found out for Rs 150 crore.<\/p>\n

The gobardhan plant is predicated on the concept of waste-to-wealth innovation.<\/p>\n

Wet urban household waste and waste from cattle and farm is Gobar Dhan.<\/p>\n

Lakhs of tonnes of garbage have occupied thousands of acres of land for many years across the country, causing air and pollution, the main reason behind the spread of diseases.<\/p>\n

The plant is predicated on zero-landfill models, which suggests no rejects would be generated.<\/p>\n

Benefits of the Plants<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Reduction in greenhouse emissions, providing green energy, and organic compost as fertilizer.<\/p>\n

The Indore Gober Dhan Bio CNG plant will produce around 17,000 kg per day of CNG and 100 tonnes per day of organic compost.<\/p>\n
