Manoj is considered an icon of the art form.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, the painting was prepared at an art workshop organised at Bhubaneshwar by the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, a wing of the Union ministry of culture in collaboration with Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) and Kalinga Institute of Social Science (KISS) in December 2021.
