CM Nitish Kumar held a meeting to review crop losses due to heavy rainfall in the state. The CM instructed the officials to conduct fresh review of estimates of crop losses due to heavy rainfall over the last 2-3 days. Nitish said floods happened in different areas of the state in four phases due to continuous rainfall over the last 4-5 months. He said compensation is being paid to farmers for crop losses up to October 15.
