While the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/services\">Services<\/a> of MCC are open to all job seekers, but focus would be reach out to the youth from socially and economically marginalized sections of the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/society-notes-for-state-psc-exams\">Society<\/a>. On the other, MCC provide the support to the industries for hiring the right talent pool to reduce the skill gap. Although like any other industries, MCC operation has impacted due to pandemic but after constant effort and rigorous process MCC has connected various industries viz. manufacturing, service, hospitality, retails, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/e-commerce\">E-Commerce<\/a> etc. to place the required workforce from eastern region.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Over the past two years we have mobilised more than 5000 candidates, comprising different qualifications and skill sets, viz- 10th and below, 12th pass, ITI\/Polytechnic, Graduates &amp; Post Graduates ( Technical\/ Non- technical).
