The CEO of National Health<\/a> Authority (NHA) R S Sharma said Jharkhand is doing excellent work under the Pradhan Mantri -Jan Arogya Yojna (PM-JAY) Ayushman Bharat scheme and the model adopted here will be replicated in other states, too.<\/p>\n

Sharma, who paid a visit to PICU and other ICUs at Ranchi district hospital which have been constructed with the the hospital received under the scheme, said: “The very purpose of the scheme has fructified in Ranchi as the district hospital has been able to raise better Services<\/a> with the money they received under the scheme and this model will be taken up for national implementation.”<\/p>\n

The aim behind the launch of the scheme is to provide quality healthcare to all especially the poor as they lose everything once someone from their family develops a life-threatening disease. To ensure that more and more beneficiaries are treated under the scheme, we have to ensure that they are provided with documents be it a smart card, a golden card or any piece of paper which could help them in availing hospital facilities free of cost.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
