They attributed <a href=\"<a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/4f8b3b8b13b36958398521dfc9596418\">https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/climate\">Climate<\/a>-change&#8221;>Climate Change<\/a> and rapid <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/urbanisation\">Urbanisation<\/a> across the state as the major reasons for this change, which used to last for around two months in past years.<\/p>\n<p>The most effective way to address rising temperature is to tackle the root <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/causes-of-climate-change\">Causes of Climate Change<\/a>, which is reducing greenhouse gas emissions, primarily carbon dioxide (CO2), which is the most significant contributor to <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/global-warming\">Global Warming<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As per a recent report by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/average\">Average<\/a> global temperature has increased by 1.2C since 1880, where most of the changes took place after 1975.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Several parts of the state, includingPatnaand Gaya, are experiencing punishing heatwave with mercury crossing the 40C mark.
