Principal revenue commissioner cum commissioner land records Dr Sanay Goyal, who will receive the award for the state, said, A total 15 districts of Madhya Pradesh, which is highest after Odisha, have been selected for the Bhoomi Samman (Platinum Certificate) for outstanding performance in digitalization and modernization of land records.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the ULPIN number of a land is also called Bhu-Aadhaar as it is usually compared with unique identity number  Aadhaar card  of a person.
