He was speaking after opening a multi-Skill development<\/a> centre, built at the cost of Rs 20 crore, and starting off a helpline 155267 for skill development, and livelihood.<\/p>\n

Ashwath Narayan said that currently Taiwan is the topper in manufacturing of semiconductors and chips.
