Doctors say more than 50% Women<\/a> are diagnosed with severe Health<\/a> problems after the age of 45 for not paying adequate attention to their own health.<\/p>\n

Deteriorating health of mothers, especially working ones, is more of a socio-psychological issue than a health issue. Apart from hectic work schedules, most women are still doing all household chores, including raising children and acting as primary caregivers to the elderly. Irregular sleep pattern, unmindful eating is causing anaemia, low calcium and vitamin D. Prolonged standing causes osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, repetitive use of upper limbs causing to tennis elbow and frozen shoulders, while thyroid disorder are common among working mothers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
