Chief ministerPushkar Singh Dhamihas agreed to set up a revolving fund for jail development board inUttarakhandand directed to release an initial amount of Rs 1 crore.
The revolving fund would be used to encourage and self-EMPLOYMENT among prisoners. On the other hand, efforts would be made to ensure that the government departments use products made by the jail inmates.
