Indian Reserve Battalions (IRB) who have recuperated from Covid-19 will also donate their plasma for these banks.

It is to be noted that almost 1,000 Police personnel have contracted Covid-19 during the second wave of coronavirus in the state. Last year, nearly 2,000 cops were tested positive for Covid-19.
