Major initiatives taken in this direction include the establishment of modern trauma centres, up-gradation of the Shaheed Nirmal Mahto Medical College and hospital in Dhanbad, MGM medical college and hospital in Jamshedpur along with other divisional hospitals.

With the help of this Health management system, one can check for the availability of doctors in the hospital and schedule an appointment with them by registering online through the portal. Apart from this, the availability of blood in the Blood Bank is also made available with regular updates.

After the implementation of the online health management system, the administration is also witnessing improved efficiency of the hospital staff as the system is also being used to assign duty hours/ schedule to the workforce.
