The CM said that facilities like drinking water, toilets, electricity, furniture and other equipment should be provided to all the schools and the campus should be clean and beautiful. He said that the officers should ensure that every student has textbooks and the schools have smart classrooms.

Rawat suggested that GPS based mobile application technology should be used for marking attendance of the teachers in the schools. He added that the plans at state level should be made for the students not covered under the centrally sponsored projects.
