Telangana budget session from March 7, no governors address this time

The assembly budget sessions will begin on March 7 without the customary governor’s speech.
The government has also decided to present the state budget on the same day in both, the legislative assembly and the council.

Generally, the budget session begins with the customary governor’s address highlighting the government’s programmes, schemes and achievements.
The CM moves a motion the next day thanking the governor for the speech. During this motion, floor leaders of all the speak.
