Registration cap for pulses, oilseeds up 10%

Cooperative minister UdailalAnjanainformed that the registration limit of moong, urad, groundnut, and soybean for procurement at the support price has been increased by 10 percent in the state. He said that the registration limit has been increased at 368 procurement centres for moong, 270 for groundnut, 166 for urad, and 83 for soybean. This decision will benefit 41,271 additional farmers in the state.

Raj govt trains 50K landless Women labourers: About 50,000 landless labourers are being trained from 352 panchayat samitis underRajasthan Krishi Shramik Sambal Mission, for Skill development and capacity building by January 15, next year. So far, 15,210 women labourers have been trained under the scheme, said agricultural commissionerKanaram. 2 lakh labourers will be provided with manual agricultural machinery at cost of Rs 5,000 per family. A grant of Rs 100 crore is proposed under this scheme.
