Pithampur industrial area of Dhar district provided jobs to the 75000 employees working in around 1000 micro small medium enterprises (MSME) industries which is located in 5 sectors of Pithampur industrial area Dhar district during the second wave of lockdown.

The MSME is very important sector which supports the supply of essential goods like food item, medicines, edible oil, soaps, pharmaceuticals EMPLOYMENT. It supports GDP, generates revenue in form of GST tax.
