Civil Society groups demanded the to pass theRajasthan Transparency and Social Accountability Bill(RTSAB) in the ongoing budget session to ensure delivery of Services in a time-bound manner.
The groups, staging a dharna atShaheed Smarak, has termed the draft of theBillweak and ineffective. They suggested the time limit for the complaint redressal officer to submit the grievance redressal and ATR (action taken report) should be 30 days.
