Apart from clearing a scheme of government guarantee to provide one lakh government jobs, it was also decided to provide Rs 2,000 Internet allowance to nearly 8.67 lakh students enrolled in colleges of higher, medical or technical Education across the state due to Covid-19. The will be credited to accounts of the students.
The CM said as per the government commitment, an additional 125 persons from the families of farmers who died during the farm agitation, had been given government jobs. As many as 170 were provided jobs earlier.
