He was selected for his exceptional craftmanship and significant contribution in his traditional Craft – Bagh Print. The award is been given by the Craft Village Organization, Craft Village is National Entity of the World Crafts Council. Award Ceremony was Held in Delhi on Saturday evening with the presence of esteemed Chief Guest – Saad Al Qaddumi (President-World Crafts Council) and . Prasoon Joshi (Chief of Censor Board India).
