The announced a toll-free helpline 181 for Women across the state. The helpline will be operational in two weeks. It will be available on all days of the week, 24 hours of the day.
This initiative is part of the Centres Mission Shakti. Women can dial the helpline to seek help on issues like dowry and child marriage and for information about programmes for women in the state.
