Maharashtra govt gives Rs 15 crore to repair roads in rural Nashik

The work to repair thepotholesin the rural areas ofNashikdistrict has begun with the aim to make all the roads motorable by November 15.
The has provided Rs 15 crore to the public works department of the Nashik unit to repair the potholes.

The roads in the rural areas are in bad shape due to the heavy rainfall during the monsoon season. Senior officials from the department said the work related to filling potholes with the help of tar has picked up after the monsoon season. During the rainy season, it is difficult to carry out the work in tar.
