Counsel(LADC) offices in the remaining five judicial districts of the state on Wednesday. The five judicial districts where the LADC offices will come up are Bemetara, Balod, Kondagaon, Dantewada and Jashpur.

The need for reform in the existing free legal aid model was recognized by NALSA during its 25th anniversary. In response, a pilot project was launched in 12 districts, including Bilaspur, to establish LADC offices. The success of the pilot project led to the expansion of the initiative to 17 districts in Chhattisgarh in the second phase.
