With the second wave of the pandemic here, theJharkhandLegal Services Authority (Jhalsa) established a central war room in Ranchi and other units in the districts which will be operational for 24×7 to help people in distress, mainly those who need Covid-related assistance.
The districtwar roomswill coordinate with patients and the District Administration, including the civil surgeons, to provide assistance to patients down with Covid-19 and others requiring help.
