It seems that the Covid-19 remained ineffective in Indore registry department as Indore registry department has achieved its target of Rs 1320 crores for the financial year 2020-2021 on March 31, 2021.

In spite of the 50 days closure of the registry offices due to the corona lockdown nationwide Indore registry department has achieved its revenue target. DIG Registration Indore Balkrishna Mourya told The Pioneer that in the financial year 2020 -2021 people from outside Indore from allover MP or we can say all over India purchased plots, houses and flats in Indore city.

Though the sale of plot land was more in comparison to the ready-made flats in multistorey buildings.

The reason of boom in the real estate market of Indore district is that Indore is the cleanest city of the India since consecutive 4 years, the climate of Indore is moderate and there is no flood situation in Indore.

The city has got a good air road and rail connectivity and also Indore is safe city to live.

Indore is also growing as a education hub of the country as the IIM, IIT, government and private medical college and various government and private engineering colleges and national level hospitals are there in Indore.
