Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said that the Union Ministry of Environment has given exemption in getting environment clearance to industrial units running in as many as eight district areas of the state coming under National Capital Region, where there is no access to pipe supply of CNG, PNG, and LPG.

CNG, PNG, and LPG pipeline supply has not yet reached eight district areas of Haryana coming under NCR, and with this decision of giving exemption to industrial units, now these units too will be able to get CNG, PNG, and LPG supply in a hassle-free manner. The pipeline works of the industries units located in these eight districts are already in progress, he said.
