Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya congratulated Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar, for developing the countrys first electric tractor.
The electric tractor will make farming much more cost-effective. Farmers will save a lot of which will be a big boost to their sustainable prosperity, he said.
