and excise minister S Muthusamy said an official team was formed to check the feasibility of sellingliquorin tetra packs.
“Many states and union territories like Karnataka and Puducherry have made liquor available in tetra packs. We will also implement it based on the panel’s report and its pros and cons,” he said while addressing the media in Bhavani, where he participated in many government events.
Muthusamy said a memorial would be constructed for Eswaran, who first proposed the Lower Bhavani dam and canal projects in Sathyamangalam taluk in the early 1950s.
