The on Wednesday alleged that Goa and Karnataka governments have interrupted supply of 5,000 remdisivir vials that were to be supplied to Rajasthan.
With the demand and supply chain badly affected in the state, attendants of patients have been running from pillar to post for the injections, an antiviral drug useful in Covid treatment. Such is the shortage of the drug that patient parties are ready to pay any amount for the drug.
Rajasthan has an agreement with Cipla, Mylan and Cadila for remdesivir. The state places orders to the companies, but the state government alleged that they are not getting the full supply which they had demanded.
