On 29th August 2021, the Algerian and Indian navies conducted their first naval exercises off the coast of Algeria.
Highlights:
The exercise displays improved maritime cooperation among two countries.
Stealth ship INS Tabar represented India while Algeria used to be represented by means of its naval ship ANS Ezager.
As part of the exercise, things to do like coordinated maneuvers, Communication procedures, and previous steamships have been carried out between Algerian and Indian warships.
This naval exercise opened up the opportunity for each of the navies to apprehend the idea of mutual operations, enhance interoperability, and extend future interaction and cooperation.
