Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has thanked the Central Government for supplying oxygen to the State. Chouhan has said that Union Industries Minister Piyush Goyal and Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had been urged to supply oxygen to the State.

With their efforts, supply of about 450 metric tonnes of Oxygen to the state was agreed upon from Bhilai, Rourkela and Deori. Chief Minister Chouhan has thanked the ministers for this cooperation. Chouhan said that arrangements for transportation of oxygen are being made on war footing, in which the cooperation of private sector is also being taken.

Chouhan said that action is on at war footing in all directions to overcome the Corona infection. It is necessary to break the chain of infection. For this, the Disaster Management Groups are likely to impose Corona curfew in the districts. The public is coming forward to break the chain infection on their own, as a result of awareness. Chouhan has appealed to the common people not to leave their houses unnecessarily. Farmers should go for procurement of produce only after obtaining SMS. We will win this battle with self-discipline, self-determination, strong will, restraint, patience and enthusiasm.
