Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that those who commit crimes against women and children in the state should get strict punishment, for this, the government’s side should be kept firmly in the courts in such cases.

Chouhan said that 5205 girls who were abducted in the state in the last 6 months have been brought back to their homes, which is 60.8% of the total 8566 girls abducted.

It was informed that in 18 cases of crimes against Women in the state, the death sentences given by the courts have been kept unchanged by the . Now the matter is in The Supreme Court. Chief Minister Chouhan directed that the government’s side should be kept firmly in the cases in the Supreme Court.
