Chhattisgarh: National Lok Adalats to be organized across state on September 11

The upcoming statewide National Lok Adalat for this year is scheduled to be held on September 11 on all subject matters as per guideline issued by National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi.

Chhattisgarh Legal Services Committee has requested advocates and parties concerned to contact the secretary along with details of their cases to be settled in this Lok Adalat before August 20.

The cases that may be taken up for settlement in this National Lok Adalat will include criminal compoundable offences, NI Act cases under Section 138, Money recovery cases, MACT cases, labour and
