Chhattisgarh has secured the third rank in the country for conducting the maximum number of Covid-19 tests per 10 lakh population per day. Only Maharashtra and Gujarat are ahead of Chhattisgarh.

On an Average, 1,409 samples per 10 lakh Population are being examined every day in Chhattisgarh. A total of 58,32,740 samples have been tested for Covid so far.

Since the onset of Covid in the state, Chhattisgarh has been among the leading states testing maximum number of samples for Covid-19 per 10 lakh population.

In this case, Chhattisgarh is ahead of many major states including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal.
