Chhattisgarhs total Covid-related fatalities and deaths linked to various comorbidities since the outbreak of the virus have breached 5,900-mark. 170 Covid deaths were reported on Sunday alone, which is the highest single day death toll reported during the last 24 hours.
Based on the positivity rate of 30% in Chhattisgarh, the state’s Health minister had already said that the state’s active tally is likely to increase to 2,00,000 from 1,38,000, till April end.
