Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday said the Congress government is fulfilling Mahatma Gandhis dream of Ram Rajya through the Suraji Gaon Yojana in villages.
He was addressing the inauguration of Rajiv Bhawan, the Congress party office in Arang, Raipur district.
Coming down heavily on the BJP, Baghel said that party seeks votes in the name of cow and Lord Ram. But the party never dedicates itself to serve the cow nor work on the ideology of Ram.
The is fulfilling the dream of Mahatma Gandhis Ram Rajya by concentrating on the overall development of villages, he said.
The state government is serving the cow but opening Gauthans in the last three years across the state. BJP leaders never visited Gauthans but just before the election they are searching for cows. It is all just for votes, he said.
