Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said at Ambedkar Mahakumbh in Gwalior that on this auspicious occasion we have come to talk about Panch Kranti for the development of the state and welfare of all sections of the Society. Panch Kranti includes revolution of Education, revolution of EMPLOYMENT, revolution of housing i.e. land for living and revolution of respect of all classes. He made announcements to provide land for setting-up Baba Saheb Ambedkar Dham and Institute in Gwalior and to form separate boards for all backward sub-castes for the purpose of welfare of all sections of the society.

Chouhan said that Baba Saheb had said that if you are educated, you will progress. With this feeling, the has opened schools like Shramodaya Vidyalaya and Gyanodaya under the revolution of education. Hostels have been established. Along with this, if the hostel is not available for any child, then the government is also paying the rent of the room. The government is also paying the fees for courses like medical and engineering along with studying in abroad. Now medical and engineering studies have been started in Hindi also in the state. The arrangement of hostels is being improved in the Kayakalp Abhiyan.

The Chief Minister said that the second revolution is going on in the state in the form of employment revolution. Government recruitment process is going on for one lakh 24 thousand posts in the state. Loan-subsidy of one lakh to 50 lakh is being provided to the Scheduled Caste youths under the Sant Ravidas Self-Employment Scheme and Rs 10,000 to one lakh under the Bhimrao Ambedkar Economic Welfare Scheme. Apart from TEACHING the work of different industrial sectors to the educated children, an honorarium of Rs. 8,000 per month to each child is being given.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the third revolution in Madhya Pradesh is housing, that is, land for living. Land and housing are being arranged for the poor persons to live. Under the Mukhya Mantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana, every poor family is being given a plot of land for living.

Chouhan said that Empowerment of sisters is the fourth revolution in the state. Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Mukhya Mantri Kanya Vivah Yojana, Sambal Yojana, reservation for Women in panchayat Elections, reservation in recruitment of teachers and Police, exemption in registry stamp fee and now Ladli Bahna Yojana have brought a massive change in the lives of sisters. Her respect in the society has been boosted and she is becoming empowered and self-reliant. Under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, from June 10, one thousand rupees will be deposited in the accounts of sisters.

Chouhan said that the fifth revolution in the state is a revolution of respect for all. Social revolution is going on in the state for the respect and progress of every section of the society. He announced that boards of all backward sub-castes would be formed for the welfare of all sections of the society. President, Vice President and members will be appointed in every board, who will find out the problems of their respective societies and inform about them. On this basis, new schemes will be made for the welfare of all sections. He said that welfare of all classes and social harmony is the basic mantra of our development.

Women to get 1,500 assistance every mnth

Former chief minister and state Congress chief Kamal Nath said on Sunday that if his party formed the government in Madhya Pradesh again, women will be given Rs 1,500 per month and LPG cylinder will be provided at Rs 500 per cylinder. Nath tweeted: I pledge to the people that on forming the government in MP, Congress will give Rs 1,500 per month to women and LPG cylinder will be provided at Rs 500. Lets give MP a new face. Hitting back at the former chief minister, national president of BJP Mahila Morcha,Vanathi Sriniwasan, in a meeting of BJP StateMahila Morchacore group organised in Bhopal, said that Ladli Bahna scheme would turn out to be a milestone in the direction ofwomen empowermentin Madhya Pradesh.

The budget of this year’s election in Madhya Pradesh is going to be special. According to the information received, this time there will be a ‘Modern Budget’. This budget will strengthen the economy, in which emphasis will be laid on development and public welfare. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took part in the presentation related to the preparation of the state budget, in which focus has been given on development, Agriculture-notes-for-state-psc-exams”>Agriculture and rural areas.

The special thing is that the Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh has a special focus on the tribal community of the state. In such a situation, due to the election year, tribals will also be given priority in the budget this year.
In this regard, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that no stone will be left unturned to strengthen the state’s economy. He also said that it will be our priority to provide EMPLOYMENT to the villagers in the village itself. An amount of more than 48 thousand crore rupees has been planned to be spent on development.

The Chief Minister also said that, through this budget, our efforts will also be to take maximum advantage of the provisions in the budget of the Government of India. Four tourist circuits will be developed in the state. For this, Rs 400 crore will be spent in the financial

year.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that sisters can do wonders if they have the urge to work. Mothers, sisters, daughters are not born to live in deprivation and POVERTY and listen to taunts. The Women are not yet given the respect they deserve.

There is discrimination between sons and daughters. It is my life’s mission to work for the Empowerment of mother, sister, daughter, it is my top priority. After becoming the Chief Minister, the plans that I made were aimed at ensuring Women Empowerment up to the village level.

Chouhan was addressing a programme to distribute bank loans to the members of self-help groups formed under the State Rural Livelihood Mission at Kushabhau Thakre auditorium. Chief Minister Chouhan distributed bank loans of Rs. 300 crore to the members of self-help groups with a single click. Chouhan also held a virtual dialogue with the members of the group at the Panchayat level.

Sambal Yojana is also being implemented in the state. Pregnant mothers under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Ladli Laxmi Yojana on the birth of a daughter, free books and school uniform if daughter goes to school, free cycle if daughter goes to another village, if daughter passes with good marks in class twelfth there is a provision for giving benefit of Gaon ki Beti Yojana, if the daughter goes to college then there is a provision for the benefit of Pratibha Kiran Yojana. Also, arrangements have been made in the Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Yojana to ensure that the house of the daughter is settled properly.

Due to the start-up friendly policies of Madhya Pradesh government, the state is becoming a hub of start-ups. Madhya Pradesh is one of the leading states in the country which provides a world-class ecosystem for start-ups. According to the Start-up Blink report, Indore is on the 14th position and Bhopal is at 29th position in the country. More than 2500 start-ups of Madhya Pradesh are registered with the Department for Promotion of and Internal Trade, Government of India. Out of these, more than 1100 start-ups are run by Women entrepreneurs. Apart from this, more than 45 incubators are continuously working in the state to develop early stage start-ups. The incubation center of the Ministry of Textiles and Apparel of the Central Government is in Gwalior.

To give momentum to the start-up movement in the country and to meet the objectives of the Atma-nirbhar Madhya Pradesh Roadmap 2023, the State Government has launched the MP Start-up Policy and Implementation Plan 2022. With this, the spirit of Entrepreneurship and innovation is being promoted among the public along with further improving the existing ecosystem of Madhya Pradesh. The objective of the scheme is to make the state a leader in the ‘Start-up Ranking. For this, MP Start-up Center (Mpsc)’ has been set up, while setting up a single window agency for start-ups and incubators. MPSC provides mentorship to start-ups and helps them get approvals and raise capital. Any start-up can get help directly from them. MPSC aggregates market intelligence from multiple sources to provide valuable information about the ecosystem players. Market intelligence is used to re-evaluate the activities of the government, which will prove useful for the upcoming policies of the state.

The state government is also planning to invest Rs 10 crore in 5 Indian AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds), which will invest manifold in the states start-ups. The state encourages incubators and start-ups through several schemes. Start-ups are given assistance up to Rs 60 lakh. The state also provides additional support to women-led start-ups to empower women. Apart from general incentives, special incentives are being given to product based start-ups.

The approach of the State is in line with the need of the start-ups today. Madhya Pradesh serves as a unique opportunity for domestic and international start-ups with skilled talent pool, sizable domestic consumer market and state-of-the-art Infrastructure.

During the Invest Madhya Pradesh, Global Investors Summit-2023 to be held in Indore on January 11 and 12, 2023, a special session on MP Start-up Ecosystem will be organized, in which detailed information about the governments policies and plans will be given.

Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh has informed that in the last one year, 23 redensification schemes worth Rs. 1900 crore 87 lakh have been approved by Madhya Pradesh Housing and Development Board in various cities. Out of these, a total of 8 schemes are underway and the process of starting work in the remaining is in progress.

Burhanpur package-1 old district hospital redensification scheme costing Rs 54 crores 27 lakhs, Burhanpur package-2 district panchayat and tehsil office redensification scheme costing Rs 45 crores, Sidhi’s redensification scheme, government office complex at Samrat Chowk costing Rs 55 crores, Singrauli redensification scheme (Block Colony) and RI Quarter land) costing Rs 88 crores, Megh Nagar Jhabua Redensification Plan costing Rs 15 crores, Ujjain Redensification Scheme (Revenue Colony) costing Rs 88 crores 60 lakhs, Khurai Redensification Plan costing Rs 47 crores and Thatipur-Gwalior Redensification Scheme costing Rs 625 crore have been approved. Work on these is in progress.

Aiims Bhopal has received a grant of ninety lakh fifty eight thousand rupees from the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India for research on Ayurvedic treatment of Sickle Cell disease. Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Gwalior will also coordinate in this research work.

Sickle cell disease is mainly seen in central India. If the results of this project will be in favour, then a safe adjuvant treatment through Ayurveda will be a boon in the management of this fatal disease for the first time in Madhya Pradesh.

As part of expansion of its transmission Network in and aroundIndore,Madhya Pradesh PowerTransmission Company Limited (MPPTCL) is going to set up a new gas insulated substation (GIS) in the city.

Being planned in place of an old power grid of Mahalakshmi Nagar area of the city, this new substation will have 50MVA capacity, and it will be the state’s first GIS grid to be used for high voltage transmission work.

The 50 MVA substation is part of MPPTCL’s efforts to reinforce the existing high-voltage transmission ring project around Indore and it will increase the bulk power available for the east part of the city and also for the upcoming Metro Rail project.
