Soyabean meal exports fall by 40% in a month

Soyabean meal exports in April plummeted to 2 lakh tonne, down 39 per cent from last month amid a drop in orders fromSouth EastAsian countries, according to a trade body.

Export of soyabean meal from India in April stood at 2 lakh tonne as against 3.27 lakh tonne in March. Though, exports in April were up on a year-on-year basis, according toSoybean Processors Association of India(SOPA).

The trade body said exports in April to Bangladesh was 61, 230 MT and Vietnam 42,837 MT, the two leading buyers of Indian origin soyabean meal.

Soyabean production inMadhya Pradesh, the leading soyabean producing state in the country, was estimated to jump to 54 lakh tonne.

Plots worth Rs 120 cr to be distributed to 10k families

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that January 4 will be written in golden letters for the welfare of the poor. Plots will be provided free of cost to such poor brothers and sisters who do not have a place to live. Under the Mukhya Mantri Bhu-Awasiya Adhikar Yojana, plots worth Rs. 120 crore will be distributed to 10 thousand 500 families of Tikamgarh district on January 4.

Chouhan said this in his address before the meeting of the Council of Ministers. The meeting of the Council of Ministers at the Mantralaya under the chairmanship of Chouhan started with recitation of Vande-Mataram.

Chouhan told that during his stay in Tikamgarh, the people there had told the problem that 50-60 people are forced to live in each house, there is no place to stay at Home. The reason for this problem is that the families have grown but the place of residence has remained the same. Due to POVERTY, extended families do not even have plots or land. As a result, they cannot even get the benefit of the house construction scheme.

Chouhan said that this is a wonderful scheme in itself. Under the scheme, the lease of the land will be in the name of husband and wife. They will not have to pay any premium, they will get the land completely free of cost and along with the plot they will also get the benefits of other schemes. Chouhan said that plots will be made available to such poor brothers and sisters in rural areas in every district.

MP is progressing rapidly in the field of green energy generation: Shivraj

Madhya Pradesh has always been working for environmental protection. This is the reason that our state has got the distinction of having the largest area of forests. We have been working in the field of environmental protection in various ways. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the state is progressing rapidly in the field of green energy generation. We have increased its production by more than 10 times in the last 8 years.

Chouhan said that in the year 2012, our production in solar power, wind power, power and small Hydro Power used to be 438.24 megawatt, which has increased to about 5500 megawatt in 2021.

He further said that the future belongs to green energy, because the traditional Resources of energy will definitely be exhausted gradually, the Sound of which is already being heard, due to exploitation of coal reserves in energy production, there is a supply crisis.

The state has set new benchmarks of progress in the field of Solar Energy. Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Project is one of the important solar projects not only in the country but also in Asia. In the year 2019-20, 14 projects of 401.95 megawatt capacity were established and 8 projects of 45.63 megawatt capacity were registered. Similarly, in the year 2020-21, 12 projects of 81.20 megawatt capacity were registered and a total of 13 projects were established. So far, 2386 megawatt power is being generated from 128 solar power projects in the state.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Hanuwantia is as beautiful as Sentosa Island in Singapore. It was during his visit to Sentosa Island that he got the inspiration to develop Hanuwantia as a tourist destination. The deep blue water here is like the ocean. The people of cities yearn to see such a sight. Today Hanuwantia has a special place in Madhya Pradesh tourism.

Chouhan said that along with cultural activities, various adventure activities like scuba diving, joy ride, hot air balloon etc. would be started in Hanuwantia. Tourists will also be able to enjoy sitting in a helicopter. Chouhan on Saturday launched Jal Mahotsav 2021-22 at Hanuwantia, a tourist destination of Khandwa district.

The Chief Minister congratulated all the concerned for the Awards received by Madhya Pradesh in Swachchh Survekshan. Indore city of Madhya Pradesh has been the first in the country for the fifth consecutive time in the Swachchh Survekshan. Other areas of the State have also set records in cleanliness. Chouhan congratulated Mundi for coming first in the country in the category of garbage free cities having 25,000 Population.

The debt on Madhya Pradesh is continuously increasing. For the second time in a week, a notification has been issued by the Madhya Pradesh Finance Department for taking a new loan of Rs 1000 crore.

The Madhya Pradesh government is taking this new loan to build and improve the current condition of roads in the state. The State Government is taking loan for the second time in this month. Earlier in October 2019 also, a loan of one thousand crore rupees was taken by the government.

The Madhya Pradesh government is taking the new loan for a period of 11 years. That is, the government has to repay the loan in a period of 11 years. During this, the government will continue to pay interest to the investors regularly.

Madhya Pradesh cabinet nod to doorstep ration rollout in non-poll areas

The state cabinet has decided to implement the Mukhya Mantri Ration Aapke Dwar scheme for the convenience of poor tribal families, for distribution of ration material from their village to the eligible families of dependent villages of fair price shops in tribal development blocks of the state.

This scheme will be implemented in tribal development blocks of the remaining districts except those under election Code Of Conduct.

Under the scheme, tribal families of 7,511 villages will be benefited in 74 development blocks of 16 districts. Apart from the headquarters village, the distribution of ration material will be done by transporting it through vehicles in other villages attached to the shop. The days of each month will be fixed by the collector for distribution in the village.

Indore airport to connect with nearly 20 cities soon

As per the proposed winter schedule released by the directorate general of civil aviation (DGCA),Indoreis going to have a movement of over 80 flights with direct connections to nearly two dozen cities.

The list includes flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Raipur, Nagpur, Belgaum, Kishangarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Jabalpur, Jaipur, and Gwalior. Airlines such as IndiGo andStar Airhave proposed to operate at least one flight to Surat (Gujarat) and Gondia (Maharashtra) respectively. Flights to Jaipur and Jabalpur are scheduled to start from August 28, and another flight toGwalioris scheduled from September 1.

IT conclave in September to draw investment

TheMadhyaPradesh government is planning to organise an information technology (IT) conclave inIndorein September that will be aimed at showcasing the city as an emerging hub for IT/ITES Services and attract investments.

The IT conclave is expected to be held in the first week of September, according to official sources. The conclave will be divided into different sectors to address major domains.

The conclave will have sessions on IT/ITES, fintech, edtech, data centre, startups, E-Commerce and hardware. A few initial rounds of meeting between senior officials, representatives from Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute Of Management, Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science and other institutes have been held to discuss on the agenda and planning of the upcoming conclave.

IT players from across the country are expected to participate in the conclave.
MPIDC, Indore has constructed two IT parks in the city and a third one is in the pipeline.

NHA introduces a QR code based solution in ADBM facilities

The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) aims to develop the necessary backbone to support the integrated digital Health of the country. As part of this mission, the National Health Authority (NHA) has introduced a QR-Code-based solution in ABDM-empaneled facilities to enable patients to scan the QR code of the facility and share their demographic details and health records. 5 pc reservation for govt school students in medical education

The has amended the Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Admission Rules-2018. According to the amendment, 5 percent seats have been reserved for government school students out of the total seats sanctioned for MBBS and BDS in all government and private colleges. 30 percent reservation has been fixed for Women candidates in all courses in all colleges, 5 percent for Divyang candidates in all courses in all colleges and 3 percent each of total seats for MBBS and BDS for freedom fighters and Army candidates only in government colleges.

According to the amendment, while clarifying the category, it has been told that it includes women, freedom fighters, soldiers, Divyang, non-resident Indian category and government school students. Similarly, according to the added sub-rule, government school means the government schools run by the Madhya Pradesh government. Among the students of government schools, such students have been included who have passed the examination after studying regularly from class 6 to 12th in government school or those who, after studying in private schools from class 1 to 8 on the basis of admission through the Right to Education Act, have passed the examination after studying regularly from class 9th to 12th in government school.
