Bihar legislative council now first House in country to go paperless

Biharlegislative council acting chairpersonAwadhesh Narain Singh inaugurated National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA), making it the first digital House in the country. Sharing the photos of the events, the Union ministry of parliamentary affairs described it as a historical day for NeVA.
