The state Agriculture-notes-for-state-psc-exams”>Agriculture department will conduct Organic Mahotsav-2023 inVisakhapatnamon June 2.
According to the officials, this will be a high-quality platform for exhibition stalls by domestic, national, and international participants such as farmers, NGOs, and government and other private players. Officials are expecting 100 crore worth memoranda of understaning (MoUs) in the sector during the three-day expo. About 50,000 people may visit the expo.
This expo will be organised by the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha (a government corporation for farmers Empowerment) at Gadiraju Palace. This is for the first time thatRySSis organising the mela. The objective is to encourage farmers practicing natural farming and connect them with consumers, within the country and outside.
