The Jharniyojan portal will beinaugurated by the Chief Minister Hemant Soren on March 17, 2023 at 4 pm in the Chief Minister’s Chamber located in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. Through thejharniyojan.jharkhand.gov.inportal created by the Department of Labour Planning, Training and Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand, the government is trying to provide a platform to the employers and job seekers. On this portal, employers can share information about their business and manpower related to it, as well as create vacancies for the required manpower. At the same time, candidates desirous of employment will be able to register themselves for related employment and fill their application.

Along with this, in the interest of the youth of the state, the government expects all the employers, while discharging their social and moral responsibility towards the state, to voluntarily ensure 75 per cent local participation in the private sector EMPLOYMENT of Jharkhand state.
