Five people, including national security adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval and former chief of DEFENCE staff late General Bipin Rawat, will receive this year’s “Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman” – one of the highest civilian Awards of theUttarakhandgovernment.
Writer and poet Prasoon Joshi, late poet and author Girish Chandra Tiwari (Girda) and late poet Viren Dangwal were the other awardees.
