Uttarakhand Police, which till now depended on thecyber forensic laboratoryin Chandigarh, will now get one for itself.
Deputy inspector general (mordernisation) Senthil Avoodai Krishna Raj S said an amount of Rs 1.50 crore has already been released by the Centre for this.
The lab will also surely help in gathering concrete cyber evidence.
