CM Jagan’s public grievance portal

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is aiming at speedy resolution of grievances through Jaganannaku Chebudaam, a universal grievance redressal helpline for this purpose.

The helpline would allow citizens to directly call and raise their problems with the CMs office, with a YSR ID.

Jaganannaku Chebudaam is an improved version of Spandana. It aims to proactively reach out to citizens, gather their grievances in a focused manner and address them in a mission mode. Under the updated grievances system, an YSR (Your Service Request) ID would be given after registering the grievances and timely updates will be given through SMS regarding the status of the applications.
